Not bottomless, but very close. (Looks official ski pole measurement) If the area opens up tomorrow, you'll have a lot of fun, the measuring station wasn't lying :) Skied up to Umbrüggler Alm in the forest without any problems. The forest trail back had to be skied in the ascent track because the snow slows you down too much

At the top the finest powder, but it got wetter every meter and you hardly picked up enough speed to really enjoy the fresh snow.

Overall impression
A picture-book northern jam, ski poles had no grip on the ground during the ascent. First measurement shortly after the parking lot, the 2nd measurement shortly before the Umbrüggler Alm and the 3rd towards the Höttinger Alm. In the meantime it continued to snow, but it also felt relatively warm. This led to a slight moistening. Therefore: tomorrow or never!
