From the parking lot, the snow cover is still closed. But narrow lane. Still plenty further up.
Snow quality
Firn, in the shade still some spray at 2100m up to approx. 1,800m. But also hard snow, over-frozen wet snow or braking snow depending on the route and altitude.
Risks
No danger signs, we were down at 14.00.
Overall impression
Endless winter. Nice tour via Eppzirler Alm, interesting other lines seen - there is still enough to do. However, the main cirque is also heavily tracked.
