You can ski in open terrain up to 1000m. (with a little caution) Below that, up to 850m on forest paths. Above 1500m there is the full amount of fresh snow. There you can ski well in open terrain in the forest and mountain pines. The 2nd ditch from the Seegrube was also possible with two small ledges (jump/slide). The east-facing face of the Brandjochkreuz is already possible, but you can see that the base is missing for steep stuff, sometimes the loose powder snow lies on meadows or stones. Exposed ridges have little snow, but gullies and hollows are well filled.

Very fine, very cold powder on the east/southeast side with no wind. Southwest and west already covered from Friday. We weren't out and about on the north side.

Risks

We were on the move everywhere except on the north side in the sunlit expos and the avalanche situation was quite relaxed. The fresh snow has settled well. See also Chevelios CR or Lwd reports level 2

Very nice day after a tussle with "freeride pros" in the Hafelekar gondola and a few nice runs on the eastern slope. We decided to tackle the Brandtjochkreuz. Really very good conditions, dream powder, safe and downhill possible almost all the way to the bottom. You rarely get conditions like this. Another great tour, thanks to Nordketten pro Chevelios for tracking and showing us around his second home.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
