Snow condition

5 cm fresh snow

Descent through forest

Due to the high start, we were only out and about in a snow-covered winter landscape. The mountain pines still peek out a little, but that's probably normal at this time of year.

Snow quality

Wet snow

Wet slop up to the top.

Risks

Much water in the snow cover

Wind intensity: No Wind (0 km/h)

I wish the drifting snow had been our problem today. Everything that was so fluffy in the last few days is now just wet slush. Some wheels came off the steeper slopes.

Overall impression

Equal

As nice as it's been over the last few days, it's been mangy today. Wouldn't have thought that everything would be soaked up to over 2000 in the morning. So keep the corners of your mouth up in the office! :)

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
