Really good after the recent snowfall! You can ski all the way to the sea, in Tromsø itself there is a good meter. In the Kroken ski area there is a lot of snow and today another 15-20 cm was added. Only on the summit plateaus has the wind blown a bit and exposed some of the stones.

There's not much to complain about here either. The fresh snow came with crisp, cold temperatures and really kicked up a nice dusting.
Risks
Another or still a 3, and today you could see the wind blowing snow in the summit area. Better to stay on flat terrain or on the slopes.
Overall impression
Hammer afternoon/evening with floodlights in the Tromsø "Alpincenter", which consists of more or less a drag lift, but which makes a lot of height and opens up nice terrain including forest. Few visitors. Highly recommended during snowfall
