Snow condition
Less snow than a few days ago due to the rise in temperature and the rain. Nevertheless, almost complete snow cover. Ground contact possible. Slopes brown in places.
Snow quality
Soaked up to approx. 1,550m and rotten in places. Similar speeds uphill and downhill... From approx. 1,600 m with a lid. Rain starts in the early morning, apparently up to high altitudes. Storm at the top.
Risks
LWD Bavaria reports level 2, rising to 3 in the course of the day. The problem is now the thickness of the snow and no longer the drifting snow. No observations, but wet snow slides from steeper terrain are to be expected.
Overall impression
Still, it's good to have been outside. But the great magic is over at lower altitudes for the time being. You should actually give it a star. But it can be scarier.
