Snow report Oberstdorf, 01/04/2015
Too bad, too bad that was too much rain ...
Oberstdorf

Overall impression
Snow condition
Snow lies up to about 900 meters. Still a few centimetres, almost all over.
Snow quality
Concrete hard cover above the tree line, plus some fresh snow from the weekend 10 - 20 cm. This is still firmly packed by the wind.
Risks
Sometimes tricky. A few centimeters of fresh snow on top of the hard crust. However, this came with a lot of wind (drift snow accumulations and drifts in gullies and hollows)
Overall impression
Well - at least the weather was great
