Snow condition

2 von 5 Sterne

On the north side just skiable down to the valley on rock-hard residual snow. Horrible. South side possibly up to approx. 1200/1300m. More at the top, of course, but up to the summits (and beyond up to around 2100/2200m) it rained here for 2 days straight last week and at least 60 cm of snow fell.

Snow quality

1 von 5 Sterne

Residual snow on the north side rock-hard and cruel. On the south side, depending on the day, partly firn, groundless slush or none of the above, for example on Tuesday with a strong southerly wind, it remained rock-hard here too, and the surface is also extremely unstable.

Risks

LLB Bayern is currently issuing a 1 at the bottom and top. If you fall in steep terrain, you won't be able to stop for a while and no longer need to fear avalanches.

Overall impression

1 von 5 Sterne

Rest to zero in terms of the fun factor. However, there is still a snow base should there be new snow next week.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
