So much beautiful snow - descents into the valley even in the protected forest without ground contact possible 80 cm valley on the mountain well over 100 cm

Bad time management - in the morning it was still bitterly cold and the snow was nice and fluffy from midday onwards, the foehn came with strong winds and temperatures above zero up to 1500 meters. Up to 1000 meters altitude still good to ride below that the powder turned into heavy cardboard mass
Risks
Really very tricky above the tree line. The fresh snowfall of over one meter - drift snow is still extremely susceptible to disruption.
Overall impression
Quickly picked up some powder in the evening. The weather and snow conditions would have been much better in the morning. So we raised the daily average to 4 stars. It brings tears to the eyes with so much beautiful fresh snow and the weather forecast for the next few days. Temperature warming then some snow again etc... the only downer that remains is a good snow base for the second half of the season
