Conclusion of a sensational week

Snow condition
In my opinion, the snow conditions dropped from 3 stars shortly after the snowfalls of 15/16 due to settling/wind and radiation. In the meantime, I had identified 3 of them here. Nevertheless, in large parts of the Allgäu and Bregenzerwald, if you choose your route carefully, you can still ski in the valleys without any problems, even in the Rhine Valley and directly on Lake Constance there is still about 10cm of snow. It is also possible to ski in the forest due to the compact base.
Snow quality
During and after the snowfall and the cold, I would have given 5 stars on at least two days, then 4. Now there are still 3 good stars to be found in the set powder on the pure north sides. On the west/east side, the south side is no longer exhilarating.
Risks
Relatively relaxed since Friday and we've been riding increasingly steep things up to +- 50 degrees. But always under 2000m.
Overall impression
11 days of skiing in a row with sensational days in the Bregenzerwald and Allgäu. The highlight was clearly the days from the Saturday before last to Tuesday. But even now you can still find really good snow with the advantage of the relatively relaxed avalanche situation below 2000m - and so you can also do steep things at the moment.
