Now it's a bit white in the village - descents down to the valley are only possible with a share of the slopes or on forest paths. From Thursday to Friday there was 20 cm of fresh snow in the valley and 30-40 cm on the mountain from 1700 meters upwards

Here comes today's hack. Föhn winds with plus temperatures turned the powder into a sluggish mass. Only from 1700 meters did the cardboard snow turn into nice powder.

Risks

The warm temperatures - set the fresh snow - small to medium sized balls of cardboard snow rolled down.

Started in the morning with some rain. We already suspected the worst. The weather improved, but warm temperatures ruined the quality of the fresh snow. Only from 1700 meters there were still nice snow conditions. A good leap year tour after all! Pictures (c) Martin Hölle Photography

Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
