Surprisingly, you can still reach the valley at 800 meters on the north side. On the south side, it looks bad except for a few gullies far up to about 1400-1600 meters. In other words: reasonably unrideable.
Snow quality
It's amazing that the snow quality in purely northern expos is still settled powder, even at lower altitudes. But you don't only find north, that's why only 2 stars.
Risks
Quite safe until midday in my opinion. No major activity sighted so far in the afternoon either.
Overall impression
It's still fun, the "winter-summer" contrasts are particularly impressive at the moment. I love that. What's not great is that this is already the case in March, which is a winter month for me. I don't actually want the contrast until May...
