On the dirt road from about 1300 to 1500 m, the skis had to be taken off for a few meters. From then on, everything went without restrictions. Skiing is virtually no longer possible on the opposite south side.
Snow quality
Surprisingly good descent. 5-10 cm of powder, which was really fun. On the ascent, I assumed that the layer of harsch under the powder on the north-facing slope would break with every turn. On the east-facing summit slope, the base was frozen solid. The fresh snow was already quite damp there at around 11 a.m. It only got wet on the final descent at around 1 p.m. from around 1500m.
Risks
The surface started to slip in places on steeper terrain. Apart from that, no significant observations today. The terrain was around 35 degrees steep at times and it all made a safe impression.
Overall impression
Dream day. First powder snow and then sitting in the spring sun :-)
