Objectively, of course, a star. First remnants of snow from 1350m. Ascent with skins possible from the saddle. There was still a lot of snow at the entrance to one of the gullies. I don't know what it's been like in recent years, but skiing south-east-facing gullies in the Nagelfluhkette at the end of May is subjectively two stars for me. The two gullies on the Rindalphorn may still be open until the weekend.

Due to the snowfall at the beginning of the week, the top layer was quite slowing. But as it wasn't evenly distributed, it still went quite well. It was fun

Risks

A few loose snow slides from the snowfall could be seen, but they were quite small due to the low altitude. Otherwise spring conditions.

I guess that really was the end of the season. But the spring classics in the Allgäu will probably still be possible for a while, with great weather, a wonderful panorama and snowboarding in shorts. Very nice

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
