Since it's so modest here, we've been somewhere else...not any better.

It's December now, most people are in the Christmas rush and I'm...going hiking. In case anyone else gets the idea: it's insanely good at the moment! As sad as that sounds. The last of the snow still remains on the northern slopes above 1500m. Icy and slippery, I almost got wet at one point or another. A safety device or something like that is helpful.

Ice, bare ice and grass.

Risks

Be more careful not to slip. Otherwise no danger.

As the basic concept of winter sports is currently being rethought, completely new challenges are being discovered. A lazy start at 11 a.m. leads to a quick descent in the last light. Anything north-facing and slightly exposed can quickly become critical, but otherwise, boys and girls, leave your skis at home! It's fantastic hiking weather!

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
