It really dropped on Friday, and overnight there was some more, so depending on the altitude it was between knee and waist deep. In the valley certainly 40 cm new, at the top at least 60 cm. In the dense or steep forest it still needs a little more, the fallen trees often check the surface. And in places where everyone is sliding over it, some dirt still comes out. Otherwise pretty bottomless, great for the time of year!
Snow quality
Absolutely super powder except for the bottom few centimeters! Faceshot after faceshot. Not a particularly fast powder, but that was also due to the quantity.
Risks
We only went below the tree line and only rode a few steep sections. There was sluff there, of course, and at one edge of the terrain there was a mini-slide (a few meters) with a tear-off edge. The wind was blowing hard on ridges, you have to be careful above the tree line. Otherwise no danger signs observed.
Overall impression
Brilliant day, the best of the winter in terms of snow and quantity!
