Tonight there was just under 10cm in the valley at 850m. Quickly rising to 35cm at 1200m. Then stronger wind influence from 0-70 or 80 cm, anything is possible.
Snow quality
Actually not bad. Very compact near the bottom, so you rarely get through to the bottom. Not such a bad cream on top.
Risks
Little snow overall. Despite very strong winds, I think it was unproblematic as the whole thing was based on zero.
Overall impression
Great start on a dream evening on my local mountain Hochgrat. In fact, we also went down directly from the summit on the north side...
