Thanks to the snow-covered ski slope (the ski area has not yet opened its lifts), the ascent from the parking lot via the slope is easily possible!
Snow quality
actually a slope at the end of a long, busy day of skiing. Has not been groomed for days. Was only used by skiers and walkers. But you can actually get through quite well without stones. The upper part is very hard early on!
Risks
No observations in this area so far. Nevertheless, the Allgäu still has to avoid the drift snow accumulations above the tree line.
Overall impression
Better than expected, or to put it another way; better than moaning and doing nothing, and just waiting for the perfect powder.
