Since yesterday, almost 50 fresh snow has fallen up to 800 meters. On old, hard crust.
Snow quality
Nice powder on hard crust - above the whale line characterized by the wind. We were on the way up to about 1700 m - therefore full points
Risks
The avalanches in the neighboring Walsertal valley confirm this. The old ground avalanche cracks covered with snow were also tricky. Hard-frozen old avalanche chunks were also treacherous when they were covered with fresh snow
Overall impression
Full marks - chose the right area (Gunzesrieder Tal). Sun more beautiful, powder nice group and untracked first lines
