Unterwegs in der Gegend vom Riedbergpass

Snow condition
Another 10-15 cm of fresh snow fell overnight. We are slowly approaching the second star. But here, too, it currently depends on where you are, it will probably take a little longer on the south side. The wind has blown away the last of the cosmetics in places. Ground contact was largely avoided today. But it's still not possible without it.
Snow quality
Beautiful powder snow between the trees. At higher altitudes, the snow becomes more compact even in forest snow. At the summit we also found drift snow as indicated in the LLB. However, this was only lightly packed. However, I would still exercise caution in very steep terrain.
Risks
According to the LLB, below the tree line warning level 1, above warning level 3. The main problem at the moment is the snow that has been blown away by the wind over the last few days.
Overall impression
Super day today, once again really good track work. Unfortunately, the snow at the summit wasn't quite as fluffy.
