Snow condition

2 von 5 Sterne

As everywhere in the eastern Alpine regions, the snow conditions are quite poor and so the usual entries into the well-known gullies are a bit tedious and not exactly easy on the equipment, but then there is more than you expect...

Snow quality

2 von 5 Sterne

The 10-20cm of fresh snow from Friday has settled quite well, and a few more cm have been added overnight. Partly wind-pressed in exposed terrain. However, we still found powder in the forest and generally found it to be good.

Risks

LWS according to LLB 2, I felt the same way.

Overall impression

3 von 5 Sterne

In the Zehnerkar area and on the variant through the Fuchsloch, the conditions were better than expected given the current snow situation. That's why there are 3 stars. Due to the generally poor snow conditions, entering the gullies is a little more difficult than normal - a little more caution and foresight is also required to avoid damaging the equipment unnecessarily. Nevertheless, today was a really nice freeride day with more powder than expected.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
