Not much snow in Obertauern! On the sunny side, the situation doesn't look particularly good and there are already quite large snow-free areas. On the south side, the season is over. Even in the north-east sector we have already had to overcome some snow-free areas. Where there is still snow, the snow cover is sometimes quite thin. It's coming to an end.
Snow quality
Unfortunately, the temperatures were not particularly low during the night. Already soft on the sunny side in the morning. The other areas had a thin melt cover that firned up very quickly. Then a quick transition to deep powder snow. Quite nice to ski until later in the morning.
Risks
Classic spring conditions. Start early, finish early.
Overall impression
Another nice half day in the area. Surprisingly, there were quite a lot of people out and about again today.
