Thanks to the snowfall at the beginning of the week, things are now looking a little more wintry in Obertauern. However, activities away from the artificial snow slopes are still not possible. You can already clearly see the traces of wind in the Obertauern wind corridor, wind-exposed terrain has been blown away.
Snow quality
As the slopes were very busy (official ski opening this weekend), they were scraped off quite quickly. The slopes were worse today than last weekend.
Risks
At the moment, the danger comes from stones, rocks and empty spots.
Overall impression
It's ok for a few hours, but we should be getting a lot of fresh snow now.
