Snow condition
More and more. But we are rapidly approaching the powder target.
Video
Snow quality
In the morning supposedly still heavy. B at noon when we arrived all-in snow. free blower in every vegetable. 60cm of powder on powder is good even without a blower.
Risks
Wind intensity: Medium (20 – 40 km/h)
Initially, the moist blanket under the clouds was probably mobile. From midday onwards, the critical amount was probably exceeded and the skiff was large, but shortly afterwards it was a very homogeneous story. On open slopes, the wind naturally pushes something together and it gets impressively big.
Overall impression
At first, we didn't even get half a star because all the resorts in the Upper Valais were gradually shutting down or saying they had technical problems. Or the answer was: "We can take you skiing if you don't go down!" So off we went after the oracle. And once again, it had done everything right. After two runs the confidence was there, after two more the realization of the possibilities and then just pure powder enjoyment. Sixth star for the full-charge soup: "Vous avez meme faire une petite montagne du peuf!" PowUp!
