It's been a long time since we've seen so much snow here. The amount of snow down to the valley is very good.
Snow quality
Apart from the blown-off ridges, brilliant powder. Towards the valley floor, however, it was already very warm and correspondingly damp.
Risks
We saw a few spontaneous descents and the rest was cleared by blasting and individual skiers. Caution is definitely advised... It continued to blow all day and a lot of snow was still being dumped.
Overall impression
As soon as you were further down in the Windsxhatten - super brilliant powder! With the right knowledge of the area and caution, there was plenty of fun to be had.
