From what I can tell so far, there is a lot of blowing. There are a lot of blown off areas. Otherwise, according to reports and snow maps, the region has a lot of snow. Lots of snow on large slopes. This means there is great potential for damaging avalanches in regions that are not "normally" affected.

All drift snow. Can only provide an estimate from 2000m. 80cm of deep snow, sometimes more, sometimes less.

Risks

SLF has a 5 out for the night. Tyrol will probably follow suit tomorrow. TOMORROW IS NOT A DAY FOR WINTER SPORTS! Stay at home and wait and see. In Bavaria, too, there were descents today involving people on the Geigelstein, Oberaudorf (Brünnstein) and Zwiesel. The road to Ischgl and the ski area were probably closed today. Poor blasting results on Saturday, haven't seen any spontaneous departures so far, but visibility was limited throughout.

Overall impression

No tour today. Not tomorrow either. Sauna! Wait and see and it will probably get better at some point. Just stay at home and drink beer for the next few days, you can't go wrong with that, especially in the west of Tyrol.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
