In the valley 10-15cm less on the sunny side. Sufficient snow on the mountain. On the sunny side, even far above 2000m, some alpine vegetation can be seen.
Snow quality
Much better than expected in the morning - much less affected by the wind. By midday, the snow was already heavier on the sunny side. Otherwise very nicely settled powder.
Risks
4s, so we were very cautious. However, due to the less strong wind the day before, our assessment was more in the upper 3 range. Blasting has released quite a few boards - otherwise we didn't see much avalanche activity.
Overall impression
You can tell it's the carnival vacations. Lots going on and, above all, lots of people skiing outdoors without any equipment.
