Snow condition
We can only repeat what has been true almost all winter: enough snow! From the valley (around 1,400m) it becomes borderline on south-facing slopes. From 2,000m upwards in all exposures without any problems.
Snow quality
On the north side a super base with a strong 20cm of powder. Especially the area between 2,000m and 3,000m is great to ride! Where the sun comes in, it's a pleasure to surf towards the afternoon at the earliest. Before that, you should concentrate on the somewhat steeper north-facing slopes at high altitudes.
Risks
Snow packs from the previous week have mostly disappeared or blown up. North-facing slopes at the above-mentioned altitude were classified as very safe throughout the day. Despite warming during the day, no activity was observed in southern exposures.
Overall impression
Relatively little going on, although the conditions are still very good! You don't have to go far out of the area to find slopes that have potential for a day of fun! As the weather gets warmer and the buses roll in for the weekend, it gets more difficult!
