Snow condition
Absolutely great for the time of year! The snow cover is probably not that thick, but very homogeneous and safe.
Snow quality
We found little fresh powder on a fairly good base. It went well, even where it was already plowed up!
Risks
Wind intensity: No Wind (0 km/h)
Low avalanche danger below 2400m. We reached 2600m, the Maurerspitze. Little wind influence and cool temperatures until the north wind came up in the afternoon.
Overall impression
Great ski tour, a bit crowded, but we were the last to set off anyway, and still found plenty of good snow in the extensive terrain.
