Snow condition
At the bottom of the valley it was quite snowy (about 40 cm of snow underneath) and about 20 cm of fresh snow, which became quite heavy during the day. oAt the top much more!
Snow quality
Top top, below about 2000m it was still cool early in the morning.
Risks
According to the LLB above 2300m, especially on the north side a 3! But I also found the situation down below really tricky from late morning. Some wet snow slides, even of medium to fairly decent size, had already come down in more frequented variants by then! On the north side (and further up) I saw some loose snow slides of rather smaller dimensions, which had probably already come loose during the snowfall the day before!
Overall impression
If the conditions ease up a bit (and there might be another dump), there are probably some pretty fun steep variants to ride!
The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.
Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
