Pure sunshine - firn on the south side, powder can still be found on the north side.

Average. Fortunately, the sun can't do much damage to the snow at this altitude. Good descents on the north side down to the valley. Only rarely in contact with rocks.

As already mentioned above, the north side is still nice to find powder and on the south side you realize that it is already mid-March.
Risks
Some very steep stuff on the north side. Snow very stable and little loose snow slide. No new chutes on the south side even in the afternoon.
Overall impression
Things are finally going well on the steep terrain. To amuse us, the helicopter has been to the Wildspitze at least 10 times since midday to pick up a group of tourers. (Sorry if something serious happened at this point)
