Snow condition
The extreme warmth of the last few days has really affected the snow cover, especially at altitudes below 2200m. On the north side it now starts from 1700m, on the south side only from 2100m. From 2100m (and this is where it's really only relevant) there is still a lot of snow, over 2m in most places.
Snow quality
Good firn until yesterday, if you were there at the right time. Otherwise slush, ice etc...
Risks
Increasing avalanche danger as the snowpack soaks up to 2500m. During the course of the day, loose snow avalanches are likely to become an issue again
Overall impression
Sliding down the slopes in the snow/rain. It looked very depressing, but with freshly waxed skis it was still fun. Unfortunately, the predicted amount of fresh snow was reduced from 50 to 10 cm by Monday. From Tuesday onwards, there could be plenty more to come.
