It's slowly but surely getting better. On average around 50 cm of fresh snow today. In just a few hours, there was another 15 cm on the roof of the car. The downhill possibilities are getting better, but there is still contact with the enemy from time to time, even though the line was well chosen beforehand. The track work was quite intensive today. In the slightly more open forest, the snow cover is quite inhomogeneous due to the strong wind.

Nice cold powder!

Risks

Quite relaxed today in moderately steep and mostly sheltered terrain. It gets interesting when you have some visibility and can get an overview. The wind was very strong in places today and visibility was very limited due to the wind and snowfall, hence the defensive tour.

Overall impression

It gets better from day to day! After intensive track work, the descent is even more fun.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
