Snow condition

After the snowfall of the last two weeks, the snow conditions are really very good (the picture shows a south-facing slope). There is rarely this much snow here, especially not in the middle of May, and you can easily start at the parking lot, where there is about 1 m of snow. At the moment you can ski everywhere without any problems and it will stay that way for a while. Depending on the weather, it will easily be worthwhile for another 2 weeks, possibly even much longer.

Snow quality

Well, unfortunately it didn't freeze properly, there was only a thin cover that was mostly worn, but sometimes you broke in badly, so the descent was rather medium fun.

You definitely have to be careful here again. Due to the abundant fresh snowfall, many slopes that were already empty in April are "loaded" again. Be careful accordingly and plan for a day trip!

Overall impression

Unfortunately, the snow was nothing. An extra star for the excellent snow conditions, after clear nights you will still find very good conditions here!
The parking lot was not cleared after the last snowfall (ski area has been closed for 3 weeks), so you have to look a bit where you can park.
