Exposition

Snow condition

3 von 5 Sterne
10 cm fresh snow
Descent to valley (to 1200 m)
Descent through forest
Variations of snow cover

There has been minimal replenishment in the last 24 hours. I had hoped for more and, above all, further down.

Snow quality

2 von 5 Sterne
Wet snow
Slush
Powder snow
Jelly snow

It was a strange mix today. Too warm overall and the snow is really only OK above 1800 meters or on well-shaded north-facing slopes.

Risks

Diurnal warming

Wind intensity: No Wind (0 km/h)

The drift snow of the last few days was already covered with a light blanket and therefore not visible. The fog also made life difficult.

Overall impression

3 von 5 Sterne
Worse

It was a quiet and relaxed day. Mondays are already very chilled on the mountain. Had hoped for slightly better snow quality. Extremely difficult at the bottom and there were a few stretches through mud to get back down to the valley.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
