From yesterday to today another 20cm have been added in the valley and on the mountain another 30cm. on the mountain the snow cover is already so high that you can no longer get on the ground (in the forest still occasionally). in the valley now about 25-30cm and sometimes you can still get through but it continues to snow so this little problem should soon be solved.
Snow quality
Yes, the snow is great for skiing, the finest powder thanks to the low temperatures.
Risks
The avalanche situation is tricky, unfortunately there is a lot of wind again and therefore all the snow is under tension and easy to disturb.
Overall impression
Was a mega day on the mountain with experience and local knowledge you can do a lot at the moment and as I said powder of the finest, many smiling faces on the way in Saalbach.
