Snow condition
In wind and sun-protected locations below the tree line, a solid 3 stars. In (higher) wind-exposed locations and steep south-facing slopes, the snow cover has thinned considerably compared to last week. You should be prepared for contact with stones, branches, roots etc., especially when climbing up the ridge and in narrower forest passages.
Snow quality
The few areas without / with few tracks below the tree line are still great to ski, and in the northern exposures there is nice set powder and relatively homogeneous snow cover. There was still a lot of dust in places and we were able to release the handbrake from time to time. We skied all the standard variants and much more together.
Risks
LLB fits. Very relaxed where we were traveling (mostly below 2000m). Surface frost observed at some forest clearings. Also wind vanes on the summits.
Overall impression
Sun and powder --> Great day. Contrary to expectations, we found some really good runs. Since you have to search a lot (only) 3 stars; but subjectively thick in the 4 range
