As is usually the case in April. Skis have to be unbuckled regularly and even at almost 2000m there isn't really much snow. All in all, there is clearly not enough snow.
Snow quality
Firny in the good places. Over long stretches, however, also rotten snow or more meadow than snow.
Risks
Rather unproblematic. There were too many clouds in the afternoon for daytime warming on western slopes. The snow was also well settled further up.
Overall impression
First spring tour at the beginning of February. Ascent in a T-shirt and a snack in the sun. Unfortunately, the snow conditions are the same, which is a bit sad.
