Absolutely in keeping with the season, good base everywhere. There is still contact with harder old snow on slopes that were previously very busy.
Snow quality
We were only out and about in the forest, where both earlier and today's precipitation fell with little or no wind. At least until 13:00 the snow was nice and light right down into the valley, but on the way home it was more sleet than snow in places. Powder was guaranteed from 1200m at the latest.
Risks
They were already busy blasting in the morning, above the tree line and also in places exposed to the wind below it, nobody was looking for anything today, not only because of the poor visibility (warning level 4). In the forest, we also ventured into steeper slopes, but only with local knowledge and in obviously wind-calmed areas.
Overall impression
Mostly bottomless pow with numerous well-known but also new treelines - what more could you want? Definitely again tomorrow!
