The few centimetres of fresh snow on nothing could not really increase the winter sports options. No continuous snow cover next to the pistes.

Snow quality

The fresh snow wouldn't be so bad. Nice, somewhat wind-compressed powder that tends to form bumps on the busy piste and is unusable off-piste due to a lack of base.

Risks

None. I also see the coming precipitation as quite uncritical, because most of it will fall on exposed terrain and not on a homogeneous snow cover. so far, potential weak layers can only be very small-scale.

Everyone who has far to go should better leave it alone. The only positive thing today: nothing broken, finally tried out the new skis and checked my thigh status (must train!). Tomorrow we'll let the newly arrived Dutchmen have a go and then maybe venture back into the Pillerseetal on Monday

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!

Thank you for your contribution to the PowderGuide project!
