Less fresh snow from the last few days than expected. Not enough to start off from the valley off the snow-covered slopes, only really enough snow from 1500 m upwards.

Snow quality

2 von 5 Sterne

There was wind at the top and not enough at the bottom. But for a short altitude range in between, it was quite nice to ride. For more than just a few selected tours, you need a lot more snow, especially further down.

Risks

At the beginning, snow plumes were only visible towards the main ridge, then in the afternoon there was a good storm here too, which transported a lot of snow. So the drift snow problem further up certainly applies.

Overall impression

2 von 5 Sterne

A leisurely tour in a closed ski area with a sunny ascent, the descent was rather mediocre, too much wind influence at the top and too little snow at the bottom.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
