After a good 70cm of fresh snow within 24 hours, we had a brilliant base. The snowfall is still continuing ;-).
Snow quality
The snowpack was a bit soggy below 1900m so not a full 5 stars. Above it was very fluffy and great for powdering.
Risks
Very critical and the descents had to be chosen very, very conservatively. The wind had little to no influence up to 2200m in our areas.
Overall impression
Despite poor visibility and constant snowfall, we had a top powder day thanks to the amount of snow and good lines!
