Unfortunately, we still have less snow than average. The glaciers are relatively well snow-covered, but there is not enough snow to ski down to Almagell. Ski tours are currently only possible where there is an ideal surface (meadow or glacier). Otherwise you have to collect stones because there is no base...

Due to very cold temperatures, powder is everywhere where it is not blown away. In general, the conditions have been very much influenced by the wind and are heavily blown. The last snowfall was a long time ago

Overall impression
We certainly need two more real snowfalls to get the freeride and touring season off to a good start.
