Snow report Salzburger Land North, 01/31/2015
From Tauglboden to Frunstberg, quite fine powder and few people, but all in all I can't recommend the tour because of the dense forest and the branches lying around.

Snow condition
At the bottom approx. 40 -50 cm in total. Hidden branches and roots lurk everywhere in the forest. At the top, some parts are very blown off and quite blown in. But the drifts are probably older.
Snow quality
Cold, settled powder! nice to ski. Only on sunny slopes there was a thin layer of snow which didn't bother me as the tour is almost entirely north-facing. 20-30 cm of powder at the top.
Risks
We were unable to observe any avalanche activity. In general, however, open north and south-facing slopes are often somewhat blown in, so I can't judge how well the snow has settled in the steep terrain. In general, I would watch out for steep south-facing slopes in the next fair weather, as they offer great potential in this area at the moment.
Overall impression
Hot scho fits! but nothing more.
