In the lower elevations it wasn't so special anyway, in the forest you have to be very careful now. Generally sad.

Snow quality

2 von 5 Sterne

Rather bad. On the north side, about 5 to 10 cm of nice, light powder over a partly very hard, compact base, but on the shaded side sometimes also over crushed harsh snow. There were only a few nice turns further up. The sunny side was damp and easy to ski.

Risks

Unproblematic. LLB Bavaria gave an A (for all altitude levels), I would see it the same way. Either very compact, firm snow with strongly changing conditions or generally too little snow (but I've only been further down).

Overall impression

3 von 5 Sterne

I'll give it three, for being outside, sun, few people on the road and beautiful views. Tomorrow I'm going further up - in sheltered and shady locations it should be quite good...

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
