Snow condition
There are no more lifts in the Berchtesgaden basin and you have to carry at least a little for every tour. You can really ski on the shaded side up to around 1100m-1200m, but above that it's still quite good and will stay that way for a while.
Snow quality
Well, actually quite good! From the top to the bottom, a nice, compact mixture of firm, slushy snow. Thanks to the pleasant temperatures, it was also quite easy to ride, only a little deeper in the steep sections, but still ok.
Risks
The 2 issued by the situation report in the lower areas is suitable for the steeper areas. The lower temperatures certainly reduce the sliding somewhat, but the snow cover is deeply soaked. On the other hand, it's also very compact. I wasn't sure whether it would be possible to ski the planned, steeper forest gully today - but it was fine, it was very compact and only a few small boggy passages.
Overall impression
Pleasant temperatures, nice snow, nice steep gully, everything was fine. Unfortunately there was no visibility in the lower section, otherwise it would have been 4 *.
Unfortunately my cell phone died after the second picture, the entrance to the gully was really cool.
