Snow report Salzburger Land North, 04/23/2017
Ski tour to the Hoher Göll in wintry conditions. Fantastic descent and skinning possible from the parking lot.

Snow condition
Really ok for the end of April! Descent possible until just above the wire rope passage, so about 10 minutes of carrying. Stone contact can be avoided for the most part.
Snow quality
Fantastic powder in the middle section, rather wind-pressed at the top, but still nice and easy to ride, and in the lower steep section there are some snow-covered tubers lying around that like to give you a leg up.
Risks
The wind has been quite raging at the top, forming large snow packs. On the sunny slopes, smaller snowdrifts. The danger spots are clearly visible.
Overall impression
Fantastic! April 24th and a powder descent from the Göll! what more could you want?
