Nice wintry conditions again

Snow condition
Well, apart from the lower elevations, quite okay. Fresh snow from about 1300m. But you can only ski where there was still old snow, i.e. at around 1550m - 1600m on the north side. At higher altitudes, there's a good 20 cm of fresh snow, but you have to watch out for stones and rocks that are only slightly covered, especially further down.
Snow quality
Mega good. Fluffy, cold powder, which was actually still great to ski up to the snow line, even at midday. Sometimes you can get through to the old snow. From the bottom to the top it's soft wet snow, then light cover, a bit harder at the top. But it's not annoying anywhere and is great to ride.
Risks
Moderate, but we were only up to 2200m. Overall, the fresh snow is mostly lying loosely on the compact (and sometimes wet) old snow cover and has bonded with it quite well. There may be a little bit of drifting in places, but more at higher altitudes. The situation will change relatively quickly as the weather warms up tomorrow.
Overall impression
Super snow, great ambience, fine descent. The visibility was rather poor, but fortunately the total white-out disappeared quite soon, so we only had to do a short lap of honor... Tomorrow will certainly be a great day, unfortunately I can't go out...
