On average about 20 cm new. Unfortunately, the base leaves a lot to be desired, there wasn't much there before anyway and the hair dryer did the rest. nothing works in the forest and not in the high altitudes either, actually no real ski tours are possible in the Berchtesgaden valley basin, only meadows or pistes.
Snow quality
Very good. Cold and fluffy, but very tracked due to the limited touring options, but still good to ride.
Risks
Still medium to strong westerly winds today. A lot has certainly been transported at the top. There are also isolated signs of wind in the middle layers, but only relatively small amounts.
Overall impression
Good snow and better weather than expected, but a lot going on and real tours would be nice.
Still, it was nice to be outside and be able to ski. Nice company and a few good turns too.
Another subjective third star... ;)
