Beautiful ski tour with great snow and good weather in the Ankogel group.

Snow condition
Good snow conditions throughout the tour (start at approx. 1100 m). We were mainly exposed to the north-east today. The amount of fresh snow increased constantly with altitude. At around 1500 m in the open terrain, there was around 40 cm of fresh snow.
Snow quality
Today we had some wonderful powder snow again. In areas sheltered from the wind, the fresh snow was unbound. In areas exposed to the wind, you could see slight traces of wind, but these were not at all disturbing. No penetration onto the hard surface. Compared to yesterday, the snow had already settled slightly. The terrain was almost too flat for this snow today.
Risks
It was quite relaxed for us today, as there was no wind for most of the tour and the fresh snow was unbound. However, we could see a larger slope on the ascent that still looked quite fresh. It may have come off during the precipitation phase (right in the picture). The layer of fresh snow was quite manageable. You should still keep an eye out for sliding snow cracks. These are not always easy to see with the fresh snow, especially when visibility is poor. The main danger at the moment is drifting snow.
Overall impression
A fine tour, only on the descent could we see two other competitors. Some of the tracking today was quite intensive, but we were rewarded with a fine descent in good snow.
